Children’s Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Prepare project plans, implement, and monitor Children’s Program of Operation Blessing.
  • Conducts assessment of program beneficiaries and determine if the services are required to meet their needs.
  • Refer clients to community resources for other social services needed which the organization could not provide.
  • Update the client records/folders including their progress report.
  • Develop and review project/service plans in consultation with clients and perform follow-ups assessing the quantity and quality of services provided.
  • Ensures the coordination of activities to concerned departments and partners are promptly informed about the changes.
  • Helps ensure sound financial administration through responsible budget planning, management, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Establish partnerships with churches, local government/non-government organizations, and other agencies in the community.
  • Always ensures responsible representation.
  • Performs other functions being assigned by Program Manager and Department Head
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Community Development or equivalent work
  • Preferably with PRC License
  • Experience in working with Vulnerable Children/ Youth and Orphans is an advantage
  • Project and Case Management Skills
  • Good organizational, planning, decision making, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to network at various levels
  • Ability to travel for extended periods and adapt to field working conditions
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Computer proficiency (MS applications)

        Data Protection Officer (DPO)

        Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
        • Ensures and monitors the compliance of Operation Blessing Foundation (OBF) with the Data Protection Act (DPA) of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), issuances by the National Privacy Commission, and other applicable laws and policies
        • Develops, review and/or revise policies, guidelines, projects, and/or programs of the foundation relating to privacy and data protection. Proactively conduct audits to ensure compliance and address potential issues.
        • Conducts Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) relative to activities, measures, projects, programs, or systems of the company.
        • Collects information to identify the company’s processing operations, activities, measures, projects, programs, or systems and maintain a record thereof.
        • Devise training plans and provide data protection advice and support for the foundation.
        • Informs and cultivates awareness on privacy and data protection within the foundation, including all relevant laws, rules and regulations and issuances of the NPC;
        • Acts as the primary point of contact within the organization for staffs, donors, partners, and any third-party contractors, etc. on issues related to data protection.
        • Ensures proper data breach and security incident management by the company including the preparation and submission to the NPC of reports and other documentation concerning security incidents or data breaches within the prescribed period.
        • Advise the foundation regarding complaints and/or the exercise by clients of their rights (e.g., requests for information, clarifications, rectification, or deletion of personal data)
        • Perform other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the foundation that will further the interest of data privacy and security and uphold the rights of the data subjects.
        Job Qualifications
        • Experience in privacy and security risk assessment.
        • Knowledge of data protection laws and practices.
        •  Ability to work independently.
        • Ability to work autonomously.
        • Ability to communicate effectively.

              Company Driver

              Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
              • Drives company vehicles to transport passengers and/or cargo to desired locations.
              • Conducts weekly monitoring and checking of all vehicles condition.
              • Responsible in keeping, updating maintenance records of all vehicles.
              • Responsible for monitoring and timely renewal of registration and insurance.
              • Ensures that vehicles have a copy OR, CR, vehicle insurance and passes from MMDA and etc qualifications.
              • Picks up passengers and/or cargo at pre-arranged locations.
              • Responsible for the proper maintenance of office vehicles such as regulating tire pressures and adding gasoline, oil and water.
              • Ensures that the vehicle has a fire extinguisher and emergency kit/ tools.
              • Tests vehicle equipment such as lights, breaks and horns, to ensure safety on the road prior to departure from office premises.
              • Ensures that the vehicles are car washed and in the full tank after use.
              • Accomplishes vehicle checklist and mileages after each trip.
              • Follows regulations governing vehicle operations and traffic rules/regulations.
              • Ensures the weekly driving schedules including those for an emergency are properly coordinated with the immediate supervisor and requesting departments,
              • Arranges for vehicle repairs when needed.
              • Canvasses and secures quotations for vehicle repairs.
              • Notifies the immediate supervisor for any vehicle problems and incidents.
              • Accomplishes and file accident reports when necessary.
              • Performs other duties as may be required from time to time.

              Secondary Responsibilities (if there is)
              1. May assist in the renewal of company property insurance and other regulatory requirement (yearly)
              2. Does errands like processing of business permit renewal and other local regulatory requirement (yearly)
              3. Attends coordination meeting with Outreach and other departments and relays to stay informed of the tasks at hand and be prepared for the travel itinerary

              Job Qualifications
              • Must possess driver’s license 123. At least second-year college.
              • Two (2) years driving experience with an excellent driving record or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisites knowledge, skills, and abilities.
              • Ability to read, understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
