Children’s Programs Coordinator
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Prepares project plans, implement, and monitor Children’s Program of Operation Blessing.
- Conducts assessment of program beneficiaries and determine if the services are required to meet their needs.
- Refers clients to community resources for other social services needed which the organization could not provide.
- Updates the client records/folders including their progress report.
- Develops and review project/service plans in consultation with clients and perform follow-ups assessing the quantity and quality of services provided.
- Ensures the coordination of activities to concerned departments and partners are promptly informed about the changes.
- Helps ensure sound financial administration through responsible budget planning, management and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Establishes partnership with churches, local government/non-government organization and other agencies in the community.
- Always ensures responsible representation.
- Performs other functions being assigned by Program Manager and Department Head
Job Qualifications
- Preferably licensed Social Worker
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Community Development or equivalent work
- Experience on working with Vulnerable Children/ Youth and Orphans is an advantage
- Project and Case Management Skills
- Good organizational, planning, decision making and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to network at various levels
- Ability to travel for extended periods and adapt to field working conditions
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Computer proficiency (MS applications)
Human Resource Assistant
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Coordinates recruitment and selection process through proper scheduling and thorough monitoring of applicants
- Facilitates promotion of manpower requirements through job posting
- Coordinates and assists with the employment orientation of new employees.
- Provides assistance to staff and management with coordination to CBN HR regarding pay and benefits systems- including health card, life insurance plans, retirement and other benefit-related programs.
- Ensures accuracy and timely submission of official documents needed by government agencies related to employment matters
- Monitors employees’ attendance through proper coordination with CBN HR.
- Collects and submits to CBN HR the employees’ DTR for payroll.
- Ensures 201 file is kept secured, updated and accurate.
- Provides administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR/Admin office.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in Psychology or any Management Degree
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience as an HR Assistant in different facets Of Human Resource Management
- Must possess strong planning, organizing, decision-making, problem solving and relationship building skills; must be creative/innovative; should have a strong analytical mind; with excellent oral and written communication skills; must be competent in handling the administrative and development aspects of HRM; must be highly computer literate
