Our Mobile Clinic continues to make healthcare accessible to the most vulnerable in and out of Metro Manila. Recently, we went to Canumay, Valenzuela where we met Rogelio.
Rogelio Arroyo is a 72-year-old Mangyan who moved from the mountains of Mindoro to Antipolo. Now retired, he and his wife depends on their children for their allowance and living expenses.
He needed a new pair of reading glasses as well as medicine for hypertension and hyperacidity, which we provided as prescribed by our volunteer doctor.
“God is truly so amazing and full of surprises. Who would have thought that He will send people here to do checkups and give free medicines for those who are in need? God is so good!” He was grateful to have availed a new pair of reading glasses, medicines, and vitamins.
Our Mobile Clinic serves the elderly with free health checkups, medicines, and vitamins. It is a much needed help especially for poor families who do not have financial resources to buy medicine.
