The volunteers of MV Logos Hope, the globe-trotting floating bookstore, again partnered with Operation Blessing Foundation Philippines for a week-long dental mission in Baguio City and La Union. Two years ago, an outreach mission was also conducted through the same partnership.

A three-day dental mission for the residents of Baguio City was conducted in Baguio City’s Convention Center last July 13-15, 2015. Today, however, the team is already in San Fernando City, La Union where the floating bookstore is currently docked. Another dental mission is happening today until Saturday.

Operation Blessing staff and volunteers join hand in hand with MV Logos Hope volunteers during every mission. According to the management of MV Logos Hope, they always conduct an outreach mission everywhere they dock to engage their volunteers in socially relevant community immersion.

MV Logos Hope has over 400 volunteers from more than 50 different nations, and aims to bring knowledge, help, and hope to people around the world. It is indeed a privilege because every time they are here in the Philippines, they partner with OB for outreach missions.

During the three-day dental mission in the City of Baguio, they catered to a total of 140 Baguio residents. Today, they are providing health services to the residents of Barangay Ilocanos Sur. They are also going to Barangay Poro and Catbangen, San Fernando, La Union tomorrow and on Saturday, respectively.

Thank you, MV Logos Hope for lending your helping hand in reaching out to Filipinos. Thank you for your trust in Operation Blessing and we look forward to more partnerships with you so that we continually inspire change in the lives of many.
